  1. How To Establish a Culture of Continuous Process Improvement

Creating goals, targets, to do lists or action plans is common place but how often do we successfully implement them?

My department has been experimenting with the Toyota Improvement Kata technique to support continuous process improvement, and so far its been successful not only in improving process but also improving employee engagement.

The poster will be an example Improvement Kata story board related to the challenge of 'how to establish a culture of continuous improvement' and will show
